Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at ZHUYI Jewelry LLC (hereinafter referred to as “ZHUYI Jewelry”, “we”, “us”, or “the Company”). We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will sincerely assist you.
1.Return and Exchange Conditions
- Return Period: You can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the product. Beyond this period, we will not be able to process your return or exchange.
- Product Condition: Returned products must be in brand new condition with complete packaging, including original packaging, labels, tags, gifts, accessories, etc. Products must not have any signs of use, damage, wear or stains.
- Special Products: Customized products, personal hygiene products (such as earrings), or specially priced items clearly marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for return or exchange.
2.Return Process
- Contact Customer Service: Within the return period, please contact us via [info@zhuyijewelry.com] or website online customer service,provide your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if there is damage or defect).
- Await Review: Our customer service team will review your return request within 2 business days. After approval, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return address and return number.
- Return the Product: Please carefully package the product that meets the return conditions, and include the return number inside the package. Please use a traceable shipping method to return the product, and provide us with the tracking number. The return shipping fee will be borne by you, unless the reason for return is product defect or an error on our part.
- Refund Processing: After we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be returned to the account you originally paid from. Actual crediting time may vary depending on bank processing times.
3.Exchange Process
- Contact Customer Service: Within the exchange period, please contact us via
info@zhuyijewelry.com or website online customer service, provide your order number, reason for exchange, and the model/size of the product you wish to exchange for. - Await Review: Our customer service team will review your exchange request within 2 business days. After approval, you will receive a confirmation email containing the exchange address and exchange number.
- Return the Product: Please carefully package the product that meets the exchange conditions, and include the exchange number inside the package. Please use a traceable shipping method to return the product, and provide us with the tracking number. The exchange shipping fee will be borne by you, unless the reason for exchange is product defect or an error on our part.
- Shipping New Product: After we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the exchange conditions, we will ship the new product to you as soon as possible. If the price of the new product differs from the original one, we will contact you to arrange for payment or refund of the price difference.
4.Product Defects or Shipping Errors
If you receive a product with defects, damage, or that doesn’t match what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will bear all related return/exchange shipping costs and process your case as soon as possible. Please be sure to keep all original packaging and accessories.
5.Important Notes
The refund amount is limited to the price of the product itself, and does not include shipping fees, customs duties, or other additional charges.
We reserve the right to final interpretation and modification of this refund and return policy.
